What happens if I lose my phone?
Log back in on a new phone and your account, subscription, and reminder dates return. Your vault won’t — it lived only on the old phone — which is why we suggest exporting a backup copy.
Can you see my passport or documents?
No. They’re encrypted on your device and never uploaded. We built it that way on purpose.
